Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Unavia, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Unavia only if you are legally eligible to enter the transactions and perform the work or services you choose in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by Unavia.

Unavia may support different ways to participate, including finding work, posting work, offering services, booking services, or using business features. Having an account does not guarantee access to every feature or opportunity.

Unavia's marketplace role

Unavia provides technology that helps users discover, communicate, book, coordinate, and transact. Unless Unavia expressly states otherwise for a specific feature, workers, posters, service providers, customers, and businesses are independent users of the platform and are responsible for the agreements they make with each other.

Unavia does not guarantee that a user will receive work, find a worker, receive bookings, find a provider, earn a specific amount, or complete a particular transaction.

Work posts, applications, services, and bookings

  • Information in work posts, service listings, profiles, applications, schedules, and bookings must be accurate and lawful.
  • Users should review the scope, timing, price, location, qualifications, and expectations before confirming.
  • Providers and workers are responsible for performing accepted work or services with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law.
  • Posters and customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, safe access, and agreed payment.
  • Availability shown in the app may change until a booking or engagement is confirmed.

Payments, payouts, and fees

Some Unavia transactions use third-party payment providers. Applicable prices, marketplace fees, processing-related amounts, taxes, or payout information will be shown or calculated through the relevant transaction flow when required.

Do not attempt to manipulate prices, fees, payment status, bookings, payouts, or transaction records. Payment providers may apply their own terms, verification requirements, and restrictions.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Unavia to:

  • Commit fraud, impersonate another person, or provide materially false information.
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or endanger another person.
  • Post or arrange illegal work, services, goods, or transactions.
  • Interfere with the app, security systems, payments, verification, or another user's account.
  • Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse Unavia systems except where permitted by law.
  • Use Unavia to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.

User content

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights needed for Unavia to host, display, process, and distribute that content for operation of the service. You represent that you have the right to upload content such as photos, service portfolios, profile information, messages, and listing materials.

Unavia may remove content that violates these terms, law, safety requirements, or the rights of others.

Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

Cancellation, refund, release, dispute, and payment rules may vary by transaction type and may be shown in the app before or during a transaction. Where a specific policy is displayed for a booking or work engagement, that policy forms part of these terms for that transaction.

Do not assume a cancellation automatically creates a refund or payout. Payment outcomes may depend on the transaction state, applicable policy, and payment provider.

Safety and verification

Verification, profiles, ratings, messaging, location controls, and payment tools can provide useful signals, but no system can eliminate all risk. Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and complying with applicable workplace, licensing, insurance, health, safety, tax, and business requirements.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address security or payment risk, investigate suspected abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Unavia at any time and may request account deletion as described on our Account Deletion page.

Unavia intellectual property

Unavia's software, branding, designs, logos, text, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Unavia Technologies Inc. These terms do not grant permission to use Unavia branding or proprietary materials except as needed to use the service.

Disclaimers and limitation

Unavia is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every user, listing, worker, provider, customer, poster, or business will meet another user's expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unavia Technologies Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as Unavia evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method. Continued use after an update may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
