About this policy
Unavia connects people, workers, service providers, customers, and businesses. Depending on how you use Unavia, different information may be needed to create an account, build a profile, find or post work, offer or book services, communicate, complete verification, schedule appointments, or process payments.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of Unavia, and limited technical information from your device.
- Account and profile information: name, email address, phone number, city, profile photo, biography, skills, experience, availability, business information, and profile preferences.
- Work and services information: work posts, applications, service listings, pricing, availability, bookings, schedules, completion information, ratings or reviews when available, and related activity.
- Verification and trust information: information needed to support identity, phone, account, or other verification features. Verification providers may process additional information under their own privacy terms.
- Communications: messages, support requests, reports, and information you choose to send through Unavia.
- Payment and payout information: payment status, transaction references, payout status, and related records. Full card or bank details may be handled directly by payment providers rather than stored by Unavia.
- Location information: city, approximate location, work or service location details, and distance-related information when you choose to provide or enable it.
- Device and usage information: device type, app version, operating system, identifiers, diagnostics, crash information, IP address, and activity used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Waitlist information: name, email address, city, intended role, and launch-list preferences submitted through our website.

Location and address privacy
Unavia may use city, approximate location, or coordinates to show nearby work, services, providers, or workers. Exact work or service addresses may be treated differently from approximate location and may be shown only when required for a confirmed engagement or booking. Your device settings can control whether the app receives device location access.
Payments and financial information
When Unavia uses a third-party payment processor, that provider may collect and process payment or payout information directly. Unavia may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, fees, payout status, and other information needed to operate the marketplace, resolve issues, and maintain financial records.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Unavia, maintain security and transaction history, resolve disputes, satisfy accounting or legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Different information may be retained for different periods. When information is no longer required, we may delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other control over your personal information. You may also control some profile fields, notifications, and device permissions through the app or your device.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Children
Unavia is intended only for people who are legally eligible to use the applicable marketplace, payment, work, or service features in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use those features. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can review the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Unavia changes. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, app, email, or another appropriate method. The date above shows the latest revision.
